BIOL 3310K Biochemistry
This is a one-semester course on the principles of biological chemistry with an emphasis on the study of the principal compounds of biochemical importance: proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, their chemistry, metabolic breakdown and biosynthesis, enzymes, co-factors, nucleic acids, regulation of cellular systems.
Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in both CHEM 2212K and BIOL 2108K
