NURS 6600 Project Management in Health Care
Prerequisite: Admission to MSN Program or Permission from MSN Graduate Program Coordinator
Co-requisite: NURS 6600L
This course introduces the concepts of efficiency, error, risks, process improvement, and production of healthcare services with an emphasis on quality assurance. Through reflective leadership, organizational analysis and strategic planning students will evaluate the impact of professional norms, policy and competition on organizational strategies. This course is non-transferable to baccalaureate programs.
