MGMT 4204 Contract Administration

This is the fourth course in the contract management series, focusing on the final phase of the contract life cycle, known as post-award. Students will learn about the contract management functions of “contract execution” and “contract close-out”, including the business processes involved with contract performance/fulfillment and contract termination/closure.
