MGMT 4202 Contracting: Pre-Award

This is the second course in the contract management series, focusing on the first phase of the contract life cycle, known as pre-award. Students will learn about the contract management function of “contract planning”, including the business processes for buyers to prepare and post requests and for sellers to prepare and submit offers.
