ESE 3555 Practicum II

In this second field-based course, teacher candidates will apply theories and concepts from program coursework in diverse P-5 special education settings. Candidates will engage in practical experience in inclusive and self-contained classrooms, work with students with varying abilities and exceptionalities, and collaborate with educators to create an inclusive learning environment. Candidates will design and implement differentiated instruction and develop assessments aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and state standards. Furthermore, candidates will attend the seminars, reflect on their instructional practices, and critically evaluate strategies for continuous improvement.
