ESE 3540 Foundations of Curriculum and Assessment

This course introduces teacher candidates to the principles of curriculum design and assessment. Candidates will explore how assessment informs instructional practices, supports data-driven decision-making, and promotes student growth. The course examines various types of assessments to evaluate student understanding, track academic progress, and identify individual learning needs. This course is aligned with state and national standards.
