Honors Course Designations
Associate Honors Program Graduate and Honors Pathway Certificate seeking students are expected to fulfill the requirements of the Honors Program by taking regularly scheduled Honors courses. Students seeking the Baccalaureate Honors Program Graduate or Honors Discipline Graduate tracts may earn Honors credit by completing special projects of sufficient creativity, depth, or scope to warrant an Honors designation. Students must obtain permission from the course instructor and the Honors Program Director prior to completing these additional projects for a course. Permission may be given to complete an Honors Designation for a course if that course is not regularly offered as an Honors course. Courses for which these projects are satisfactorily completed are designated as Honors classes on the student's transcript.
