NURS 6100 Advanced Nursing Care: CNL Immersion Practicum

This course will allow the student to implement a change project generated from evidence-based practice, literature review and analysis of benchmarked data. Under the leadership of an experienced CNL or nursing leader, students will exam and synthesize the knowledge and skills obtained throughout the program in a clinical microsystem. Students will discuss a previously identified quality improvement issue related to the essentials of master's education core competencies in nursing and collaborate with the interprofessional team to implement an intervention that will improve health outcomes.
