NURS 6000 CNL Project Synthesis
This course provides the students with an opportunity to design and synthesize clinical leadership practices including health promotion and risk reduction for diverse patient populations. This takes place in the context of complex micro-level systems in a healthcare setting. During precepted immersion into a microsystem, students continue exploring CNL role attainment and formulate a quality improvement project to be completed in the summative CNL course.
