NURS 5800 CNL Role Preparation*

 The CNL functions as a generalist in the clinical setting and has a critical role in the healthcare system. This course will introduce students to the CNL roles and how they impact change and clinical outcomes in the clinical micro and macrosystems. Students will experience engagement in a variety of activities that are designed to prepare them to function in their new role as leaders in healthcare systems.
