NURS 5310 Advanced Pharm/Therapeutic Interventions for Non-Providers

This course is designed for the clinical nurse leader. It builds on basic physiology experienced commonly in populations requiring interventions and management within healthcare delivery systems. Health maintenance, preventive, acute, chronic, palliative, and/or end-of-life care will be considered. leadership, management principles, and healthcare policy from various historical, theoretical, and practical perspectives. The continuum of care, social determinants of health, and cultural influences are considered to improve healthcare outcomes for micro, meso, and macro systems.
