ENGL 1002H Honors English Composition II

This is an honors composition course that develops writing skills beyond the level of proficiency required by ENGL 1001, that emphasizes interpretation and evaluation based on an introduction to fiction, drama, and poetry, and that incorporates a variety of more advanced research methods. An oral communication component may also be required. This course is for the superior student, and admission is by invitation of the English faculty to selected students who have been admitted to the Honors Program.

Prerequisites: At least a "B" in ENLG 1101 and admission to the Honors Program
