BIOL 1134K Microbiology for Health Sciences

This course introduces the student to medically significant microorganisms, their mode of pathogenesis and treatment, and the host's immune response. It has six major sections: bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, immunology, and infectious disease. 

Prerequisites: A grade of a C or better in BIOL 1114K
