Program Change and Application Change Requests
Applicants, admitted, or currently enrolled students may request a change of program within the University. (i) Program Change Requests: Such requests are considered new applications and must meet all current admission standards of the receiving program. Admitted students must submit a formal request using the form at Admission Change Request and provide any supplemental application materials. Enrolled students must submit the Change of Program on the MGA Office of the Registrar website and provide any required supplemental application materials. Approval is at the discretion of the receiving graduate program and the Graduate School. Admission to one program does not guarantee acceptance into another. Previously awarded scholarships or funding may not transfer to the new program. (ii) Application Change Requests: Applicants who wish to request a change to their program of application prior to enrollment, must submit a formal request through the Graduate Admissions Office. Requests will be reviewed in consultation with the receiving program and the Graduate School. Approval is not guaranteed and may require resubmission of updated and additional materials if admission standards vary between programs. Previously awarded scholarships or funding offers are not guaranteed to carry forward to the new program of study.
