Brightspace/D2L Course Management System
Brightspace (formerly Desire2Learn or D2L) is the University’s official learning management system and is used to support both face-to-face and online courses. Through Brightspace, students can access course materials and engage in a range of instructional activities, including:
• Reviewing course syllabi and instructional content
• Submitting assignments through electronic drop boxes
• Completing quizzes and exams
• Participating in discussions and other course communications
• Viewing grades and feedback
• Tracking academic progress within courses
Students are expected to access Brightspace regularly and remain engaged with course content and communications throughout the term. Instructions for accessing Brightspace are available at: https://www.mga.edu/d2l/index.php.
