MATH 4760 Data Applications and Ethics

This course introduces students to the real-world applications of data science across a variety of domains such as healthcare, finance, marketing, and public policy. While exploring these applications, students will also engage with relevant ethical considerations, such as privacy, bias, transparency, and fairness. Course activities are designed so that students will learn to apply data science techniques while recognizing the ethical implications of their work.
