AERO 3108 Human Factors in Aviation

It focuses on the physiological and psychological challenges faced by aircrews, including fatigue, spatial disorientation, and cognitive overload. Additionally, the course covers the impact of ergonomics on aircraft design, risk management, the role of personality, and the development of effective training programs within the aviation context.
