RHAB 3440 Fitness Across the Lifespan

This course is a study of the basic concepts relating to health and well-being across the lifespan, including physical, mental, emotional and socio-environmental dimensions of health. It will cover physical fitness and nutrition,
optimal body weight, prevention of cardiovascular disease and stress management.
