AERO 2108 Human Factors / Crew Management

This course examines the physiological and psychological challenges aircrews face, develops student understanding of Crew Resource Management (CRM) concepts, and utilizes interactive scenarios to challenge and develop student communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
