Certificate in Live Production, Streaming & Esports

Georgia Film Academy’s Live Production, Streaming, and Esports certification pathway prepares students to work in live event production across an exciting set of industries — including live traditional sports, esports, concerts, news, corporate events, and even livestreaming as an individual content creator.

Students plan and execute events and broadcasts around video game competitions to efficiently learn the process, technology, and skills applicable to the broader live production industry. The full pathway covers event design and planning, storytelling, camera work, lighting, graphic asset creation, integration, on-air commentary, and production control room operations using industry standard software and hardware.

Whether you're interested in directing, video-switching, audio engineering, graphics operation, replay operation, on-camera hosting, sportscasting, or even being a solo live-streamer or content creator, this pathway is your launchpad into the fast-paced, creative, and growing field of live production.

The Certificate in Live Production, Streaming & Esports can be obtained in conjunction with a baccalaureate degree or as a standalone certification.
