Program Overview
The MSM is a 30-credit-hour program designed to cultivate advanced-level conceptual foundations in management and support career advancement for aspiring leaders. 

Program Mission 
The MSM mission is to prepare students to be effective managers in public and private organizations. 

Admission Requirements
Applicants should meet the general admissions requirements for graduate study and these program-specific requirements: (i) The undergraduate degree does not have to be in a business discipline. (ii) Resume with detailed descriptions of past work experience; length of service, level of responsibility, and supervisory experience are considered. (iii) Statement of career goals explaining how the MSM would assist the applicant in achieving those goals.

Regular Admission Status requires one of the following: MGA bachelor’s degree in any major with GPA of 2.70 or higher; bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited institution with GPA of 3.0 or higher; or bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited institution with GPA of 2.50 or higher and either two years of appropriate work experience or GMAT score of at least 400. GRE scores may be submitted in lieu of GMAT scores and converted to a GMAT equivalent.

Program Format
The program is a 30-credit-hour degree. Online and in-person formats for select tracks and courses with a two-year completion timeframe. Students complete seven core courses and one 9-credit-hour concentration/track.
